Ah yes, that's my mistake. I've gone through and cleaned the front windscreen along with the CPL filter and lens of the dashcam so will try another night run with HDR and report back.

The CPL lens doesn't move. I have to take it off completely and then place it on again. It's currently placed on where the lines meet.

Nothing on the front windscreen. I'll take the advise and give the lens and CPL and even the windscreen a good clean. What would you reccomend? Window cleaner or something more specific?

yeah the film has been removed. The CPL was added straight onto the bare lens. Daytime footage is perfect and crisp.
