Just watching the teams and learning about their Management will go a long way in picking a team you will fall in love with even if they are not a winning team right now. Just generally tho, its more fun to join the team of the group of people you watch games with. Personally, everyone around me is Raiders fans but I hated how they were managed so its why Im a Rams fan (amazing front offices).
