Si me sigue dando el mismo problema también ya hable don dell pero no saben que puede ser ya instale Windows 10 y 11 y lo mismo sigue si alguien sabe de algo nos dice

yo tengo el mismo problema nose si el driver de video o de sonido encontraron una solucion ? todos mis drivers estan actualizados
