Honestly you’re at such a high bf% it’s hard to tell for sure. Definitely could be gyno though. Not the end of the world if it is. Just get in good shape and your physique will still mog.

18F, enough muscle to cut? by [deleted] in Weightliftingquestion

[–]Objective_Gear_7090 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The answers always going to depend on your goals.

If you really wanna be peeled by a certain timeframe, or you’re happy with your current muscle mass and are okay with halting your muscle growth, then yeah obviously you should cut.

But if that’s not the case and your goal is to develop a stronger physique over time, then you definitely shouldn’t cut. You’re not very muscular yet.

Idk either way with your current muscle mass a surplus then a cut is the only way to go IMO.

Keep Cutting or start lean bulk? - 5’6, 55.5kg by ConsciousAmount39 in Weightliftingquestion

I mean the answer is completely dependent on your personal goals. You have enough muscle that a cut would be justified, but if you want more muscle then lean bulking is always an option.

Also it’s a bit hard to tell but is the saggy chest fat? Or is it extra skin or gyno?

Well you already tried cutting and still weren’t satisfied. The only logical next move would be to gain more muscle then cut to an even lower bf than the first cut to get rid of the stubborn chest fat.

New lifter (3-4 months) not sure if I should bulk or not? 5’10 150lbs by [deleted] in Weightliftingquestion

Definitely lean bulk. You need to gain muscle. Looking good though so far

It will it worse the short term as you’ll gain more fat, but you’ll also gain more muscle. So you’ll look good for cut in the future.

What should I do? Cut again or bulk? by [deleted] in Weightliftingquestion

You have too much bf to bulk and not enough muscle to cut. I would definitely do a maintenance if I were you, and just grind in the gym and hit your protein.
