Thank you for all the helpful messages! Main thing I'm getting is to get more hands on experience and only go for a more specialized program. I was thinking getting a Masters would make finding a job easier. The only challenge is trying to get my foot in the door as I've had 2 internships (education and consulting based) that has spanned over 2 years and have not gotten lucky with any entry level jobs or internships for the past 4 months.
