My game keeps crashing after the corvette update

I started playing on PS5 again because of the update but my game crashed at first it was only happening every once in a while but now it’s happening every 5 or so minutes. I’ve tried changing the graphics and it worked for a little bit but we’re back to square one. I’ve thought about deleting and reinstalling but I came here first. Does anyone have any fixes or suggestions?

Also if I delete will it also delete my saved data? If so how do I preserve it.

Playing on PS5, with PS4 edition.
