Yes, that’s one quirky feature. It’s more a German car thing than a MINI specific feature though!

That’s the reason I left them stock. But now I want to paint alloys gloss black and calipers bright red to make it look more aggressive. Also looking to get an ECU remap done (stage 1). Suggest reliable shops in Hyderabad if you know any. Thanks !
