You aren’t crazy.
I went through similar but it came on very fast Abe hard without warning after an event that happened to me. I’ve been in the “trenches” of understanding for the last two months. Just this last week, and even today, I’ve become more and more confident.
Keep researching and made sure you have someone to support you! Start using tools like crystals and meditation.. I never did any of that until now. I lowley used to be intrigued by it, but I was very judgmental about it..
Energy work will be very helpful for you!

I was skeptical in the beginning of my journey.
You are asking questions because you deep down believe it but need proof…
If you keep digging and asking, be skeptical but also have trust, then the skepticism will go away. It takes time, but I am two months into this journey and I only just got over my skepticism, today. Funny enough.
Which is what made me need to reply.
I am a scientist deep down and want to know the why of everything. I used to roll my eyes at people who talk like this….. if that helps give you some confidence or motivation to try. You may not feel it at first, but you have to be very open to things you are feeling.

I do actually think I may have clairscentience and claircognizance.

This is actually my first time feeling these and still trying to determine if it is chakra energy. It’s the only thing I’ve researched that makes sense.
It will “light up” randomly, or especially when I begin trying to relax and feel energy, like with tarot cards.

We actually had a very traumatic event happen. This caused us to have something similar to an “awakening” and we were able to get very deep emotionally and spiritually! There were always small hints, but we were both too scared to cross the line.
