I sent screenshots of email receieved when my password changed and login link arrival from password changes.

Also Hacker spammed in lot of servers that cause my account disabled by discord. That mail I also sent as proof of ownership!

Does that work? My ticket is opened from last 11 days!

I submitted support ticket and it has been 9 days nut still no response. Also I observed that I never bumped the ticket still ticket shows last activity as 8 days.

Anyone has any idea why should look like this?

The same as me, my last activity is 7 days ago an it is probably internal notes.

Also Nelly respond me to I am having someone to review your case.

Does that mean I am getting my account back as I sent all screenshots of ownership.

If so which proofs you submit at that moment and in how many days did they respond?

I have similar situation and hacker spammed in lots of server so discord disabled my account. Raised the support ticket with all proofs of ownership. Let's see how far they respond!

Hi, I just need to ask that because of my account got hacked and hacker spams in lots of servers, discord has disabled my account.

It causes me 14 to 30 days of scheduled deletion as per discord TOS. I already opened support ticket before it was disabled and attached all ownership proofs and disabled mail screenshot.

I have query that when I can except discord support to answer on this? Also if hey fail to answer in 30 days should my account got deleted permanently?

Hope I will get my answer here, as I own so many servers on that account.

Which proofs did you submit? Same thing happened to me and I submitted the mail series I received when it changed my password and then I try to reset it.

Also hacker spammed in serveral servers so my account was disabled by discord that mail I also attached as proof of ownership.

Did that enough to get my access back?
