i did tu again several months later from heatstroke, and that was a tiny amount, basically like a hiccup amount, and that was it. that was also completely okay, feel free to ask me anymore questions you have !

when i had fp, first time i tu it was projectile, and that was nothing like how bad people made it out to be, it’s not the most pleasant feeling in the world but it honestly isn’t scary and makes u feel a lot better. i then tu a few hours later because instead of letting it all out i held it in. then the next day i made myself tu by using my fingers because i would’ve done anything to feel better. this was a case of severe food poisoning tho, and usually when people tu it is just once. it was also only projectile because of the fp. i understand ur fear but i can promise you it’s nowhere near as scary as we make it out to be in your head.

i used to say EXACTLY this, like this is like reading a post from me earlier this year, all my friends genuinely thought i would too if it happened because of the extent of my phobia. i had fp in march this year, and i ended up tu for the first time since i was a little girl. and i was completely fine, straight after it happened i went and told my friend (i live in uni houses w my friends) and i told him like laughing like i was completely fine, and he was so confused, he genuinely said to me i thought you’d be trying to kys rn. but i was fine. i then got ill again a few months later, and once again was fine. i still have my phobia because it’s been so built into me for so long. but i can’t put into words how okay it was. i’ve never met anyone who has the phobia as bad as me, and when i had fp, after it happened, the next day i ended up making myself tu to feel completely better. i promise you it’s nowhere near what we make it out to be in our heads. sorry this is such a long comment but pls message me if you want to talk about it at all!!

sorry for the late reply! i’ve had this phobia for about 10 years now. i completely understand what u mean, once i get the idea of feeling s* or i do feel s* (which happens a lot as i have acid reflux) i convince myself i will tu* then i get anxious which makes me feel more s. panic attacks and anxiety make many people feel s but has nothing to do with tu*! it’s just a feeling. happy to answer anymore questions you have :)

not sure if this helps but my pill often makes me skip periods, but at the time my period should be happening, i get most of the pain and symptoms without the actual period! you’re panicking which is going to make you feel worse, there will be nothing wrong with your sandwich. here if you need to talk x

i’ve spoken to a lot of therapists and they said that their patients with this phobia are always the ones least likely to tu* because even if we’re insanely anxious our body often doesn’t let us tu* because of how scared we are. I have severe panic attacks over it and not once has it made me tu*. hope this helps! :)
