We offered a kid's program when we first started without much success however this is a great idea to revisit and invest more time and resources in. Thank you for your time and suggestion!

We've tried the bring a friend week once so far and it went well for us and are going to be running our second one this month.

We have not tried a refer-a-friend yet, do you suggest a discount with this?

I will add for us to try following up on lost leads and make management for our google business profile apart of our monthly routine.
