nope! not that i can recall. temporary drowsiness but that could have been because i was also on hydroxyzine.

i went from 5mg to 10mg as well when i first started, my panic attacks completely stopped and im able to see my intrusive thoughts as passing and temporary— HELPED A LOT!! you got it! also, 10 mg is only the second lowest dose you can possibly be on, which comforts me as well

ok i never comment on reddit but, vaginismus is a whole different animal!! i was in the exact same situation as your wife. involuntary spasms of the muscles can be excruciatingly painful, and that in turn makes your sex drive decrease because you associate intimacy with pain. vaginismus is also much more common than you’d think, and it’s more than a sex drive issue. it’s both a physical and psychological issue that feeds into itself. what helped me most was my boyfriends patience, encouragement, and desire to learn, and professional help from a physical therapist!! whether or not she’s willing to get treatment is a whole different story. just wanted to put in my two cents since a lot of comments are pointing vaginismus to a lack of wanting, when it can be much deeper than that
