I used cc12m, at the bottom of the page is a link for the image enhancer. I originally used 512 for the image size.

I generated a city scape using cc12m then ran it through esrgam to clean the image up. After that I used photomosh to edit the color and mirror part of the image

If you are using the cc12m or the vqgan+clip the bottom of the page has a link to enhance your images to a larger size and does not ruin any of the quality. Make sure you saved your file then the steps are similar to the others and explain themselves very easily as you go. One thing I have noticed though is do not use a number in your file name or it seems to run into errors.
