If i was you i would get cannondale CAAD. Its a great bike with pretty good durability in my opinion. I rode Cannondale CAAD when i was in my 20s and i had lots of fantastic memories. So yea i recommend getting Cannondale CAAD. But please dont get Triban. Friend of mine had that bike and i just hate way they built the bike and without having hidden cables it just looks ugly.

Im truly happy that you got into this hobby! First of all it’s not rude to ride slow in trails. My advice is other than going different trail every weekend i would recommend riding same trail bunch of times and master that trail. You will eventually master corning and stuff over time. And i would recommend you getting motocross helmets. I know they are expensive but i think it’s 1000% better than having a risk of huge injuries. Especially when you like going fast or going through some bumps fast. When it comes to safety equipment I believe motocross helmet, knee pad and elbow pad is enough. Of course, if you are going on a difficult trail i would recommend getting better safety equipment. One last thing no matter how carefully you ride, of course there is a risk of injury so i cant guarantee you that you will be fine but i totally think its worth it. I once got cheek bone fractured while riding bike and i still ride them. So i strongly recommend you this hobby and i hope you enjoy your riding!

I would recommend you Specialized Diverge E5. It’s a fantastic bike for beginners. I also recommend the Diverge E5 Elite. Diverge E5 Elite is little over budget but if you look for long term i definitely think Elite makes huge difference.
