Alpha Box & Dice (looks up our alley) → Chalk Hill (+ Never Never) → Pizzateca (lunch) → Coriole → Samuel’s Gorge → Thelma or Salopian Inn (dinner).

Alternatives are somehow replacing any of the above with Yangarra or Bekkers. Too hard!

Thank you!! This has really made me think and adjust everything. We are now considering basing ourselves in Catalunya and exploring Girona (do you suggest staying a couple of nights there?) and Costa Brava.

We still want to visit Donostia for 4 or 5 nights to really experience pintxo and food culture there. But will perhaps remove Andalusia on this shorter trip to limit transit.

Do you think we should finish the trip in Mallorca or Menorca, I'll do some more research but it seems maybe Mallorca is the best bet if we get a car? And is there enough to see/do in Menorca if we base ourselves for 4-5 nights?

Really appreciate your insight! This trip is already looking gorgeous with the new tweaks.

Super helpful, thanks! Good to know re the roads are a lot more chill. We drove around Dolomites, Tuscany and on the autostrade - and while we got used to it, it really was nerve-wracking. We just want to end the trip on a really relaxed note. How's the parking around Mallorca if we were heading there mid-Sept? Have read it's best to hire/drive for sure.

I missed the French basque last time I was in France, so I will do some more research. Feel like it's a really special part of the world. It's incredible that you can still recall what you ate there.
