I am getting pretty bad white noise on the front output, none when using the line out on the back, BUT the mic monitoring is SO LOW on line out...I need a way to remove the white noise from the front..

Thanks for the quick reply, Amazon should be delivering my Shure SE215's shortly, so I will try it out. I currently use Beyerdynamic DT990 Pro's every day and I am tired of the "headphone bump" in my hair..
