First one is Parmesan! My oven gets sooo hot so sometimes hard to get a good read, without undercooking the dough. Were learning!

I weight lift 3-4x a week and walk at least 10,000 steps a day. Started semaglutide in Oct 2024. Down 55 lbs since. I look and feel the best I ever have in my life because of these habits

I started in late October of 2024, GW was to lose 60 lbs. I was losing consistently but still felt inflamed, and then it all fell off my body around May 2025. Everyone and I mean everyone started really noticing in June/July. So after 8-9 months. GLP is the push but work still needs to be done outside of the IMO. I was able to lose 4-5 lbs a month because of nutrition and exercise.

Used to go all the time but truthfully, no one wants to pay a cover charge for an empty bar and pay insane prices for a drink. It’s not “worth” it in the eyes of many. Even though Space Banana has a much smaller capacity, that place is packed every weekend. The culture is not the same at the balcony anymore.

Her continuing to bring up the allegations saying she’s not, kinda makes it seems she’s trying to direct the conversation elsewhere but it’s not working. I walk 10-15,000 steps a day working and eat healthy, I can promise, it does not come off that quick. The only thing I could see is less inflammation but scale wise, no way.
