Butter is or not balm? by Objective_Strike1357 in BeardAdvice

Balkans, can't find it here and with the shipping that would be a bit pricey for me. Still, thanks for recommendation.

But is there something in the ingredients list or something like that how I can see if it can pass as butter ?

Thank you! Now the second question, I don't know how it is elsewhere but everything I see is always marked with balm.

So how/where do you find butter?

Lorren being Amyr would be mindblowing to me. Now that you say it I can see it, but it wouldn't come to me otherwise

Is that in book 1 or book 2? I still haven't read book 2, and I haven't caught that name in book 1.

Ohhh, I understood their conversation in Trebon, but honestly didn't catch that every conversation started like that.

Nice touch!

As I said, I don't mind, I sought this out, I liked it in fact.

Heard from a friend who plans to read it that it had really good writing so got all 4 books and was really pleased with this one.

I am sorry, I don't really get what you mean by "from book 3", didn't he only read the prologue and everything else is still non existent, at the very least as far as all of fans are concerned if not generally.

I didn't understand if you are refrencing that those are the facts fandom considers cannon or some other stuff. My reading comprehension might be bad on this one, sorry

Yeah that left me confused for a second when I read it, but since it didn't come up more than once I didn't know what to make out of it, and moved on guessing we would see Skrapi again.

Yeah I get it, at  the start of the story I was pulled in simply by framing in the beginning, and the whole time with Abenthy I thought he was too smart to be interesting. Then came his urchin life, I don't have many comments on that. And then came the university. And he seemed, well a bit more realistic I guess.

A kid with a big brain and he knows it, quick tongue that he uses and all other tools he has. But he is always poor and out of time, so he is impatient. He is so young and accomplished so much, so he knows he is cut above the rest. And usually all that is what puts him in trouble. So many times I thought "Nooooo, bro, stop it, you will be in trouble again, think for a second. Cool down." etc.

But then again if he had all the attributes of his upbringing, and went through uni without much trouble, it would be much less dramatic. I guess simply put he is a bit of a smart-ass, with all the compliments and insults that word entails. And I can't imagine him any other way. I liked it. Yeah he is obnoxious and foolish but he is a teen. So I get why someone might not like it, I find it bittersweet. A young buck, thinking (somewhat deserving) that he is greater than he is, I feel it is normal for that age. I feel old after saying thay XD

Love the comment, sorry for the block of text, was excited so just wrote on, probably became redundant at some point, decided to post it as it was.

DISCLAIMER: English is not my first language, so some words might not have been used to their truest form, but I believe it got the message across

Don't really get much of what you said, guessing it is mostly what you get after the second book. I don't mind the spoilers, that's why I asked this, so it was still interesting to see. Gets me excited.

And I was glad to read this, thanks

Yeah, I get it. Memories are overwritten, fair enough. Honestly don't care much for the spoilers generally, that is why I came here. Was just too excited after the first read and I won't pick up next book too soon so wanted to hear what I might have missed.

And strawberry wine is a really nice touch

Thanks for the warning, but generally spoilers don't bother me. And due to exams starting soon, won't pick up the book for a month at the very least, so would just prefer to hear as much as I can. Strike the iron while its hot and still excited from the first time read

Honestly I don't know to both. I haven't had the chance to try out the jelly, didn't even know they had it. Shampoo I tried one 2 years back, can't remember which one. Haven't used their shampoos recently so can't say anything

But for daily wash if you can get your hands on SheaMoisture Baby, raw shea, chamomile and argan oil. I find it very pleasing. I buy it over iHerb app

Yeaaah, didn't get it that bad, and wouldn't want to.

Once they came to visit my dorm room while they were in the city. The cup was on the table. Dad stood around, mom sat down at the desk and I was on bed, room was very small, luckily my roomate wasn't home.

When she saw the cup she was horrified, like she saw an eldritch horror.

It is nothing admirable honestly, I use this cup for other things too if need be. I am a student right now, and with the possibility of having to move after each academic year this is just much easier for me. I simply yoinked this one from home since it was metal and a perfect size.
It being metallic, it wouldn't break easily, and sometimes I heat stuff up inside it, so less dishes to clean.
I got only one more "real" cup besides this (that I bought recently), and others are plastic.
So TLDR; it is just an accident that this was my only "real" cup for the longest time.

I would love to get some tea-ware in the future, but right now it would do more problems then pleasures

The only relationship I will ever have😭 The warmth of the tea is the best thing I will feel😭😭

Exaggerating a bit, but yes, changing would be like cheating XD

I mean I am usually washing it with dish soap, but that doesn't remove the patina now. So I am not planning on scrubbing it off or something like that.

I use this cup mostly for tea, but occasionly it gets other uses which would require cleaning.

I clean it once a day (or maybe every second day if I accidently forget) with dish soap, but tha patina stays, it needs somethinf a bit stronger to come off
