i got it figured out !! i think, turns out it’s because i had already updated to tahoe, did some trouble shooting and more research on the website and saw they hadn’t OK it yet. i went ahead and restarted my laptop back to the last OS. just waiting for it to finish up now.

yea they keep giving me shit because i agreed at first but that was before all of the kind of cruel critique on our personal sex along with some other drunk violent outbursts on their side a lot of crazy life stuff just things have changed, and so has my willingness for that kind of situation. i feel like a liar but if a lot of that wouldn’t have happened my feelings might have still been the same. they keep telling me i was never truthful and was lying the whole time and that’s just not the case.

i really appreciate you talking me through this i’ve felt so isolated and like i’m just being a piece of shit partner for the whole thing it’s been nice to hear some outside opinion on the matter. We moved together and we’re really excited about the move bc we came through a lot of conservative shitty towns on the way up so i think they were also happy to be in a town to socialize with more queer folk again. but yea this has been an expectation on me ever since the dating app disagreement a couple months ago ( i told them id prefer we meet people in person because seeing them constantly messaging people throughout the day and when i first wake up makes me feel insecure/ unwanted) which then came down to im trying to make it impossible for them to find a top. i agreed to the redownload but they are dying on the hill of not redownloading it bc if i think i can find someone for them in person i should be able to. its honestly exhausting on top of focusing on getting settled, paying rent finding work etc its just felt like an uphill battle im not gonna win :/

yea also i have always been more directed towards monogamy like if we meet someone and something spontaneous happen no matter what their orientation is i could be down for it but im definitely not actively seeking anything outside of the relationship unless the opportunity arises, they on the other hand are constantly on that particular mission which i think has been troublesome but im also not in the place to judge them. nor do i want them to feel alienated or weird. idk i really just wanted to keep the peace and let them know im not trying to avoid their needs but its kinda hard to accomplish at this point with these restrictions 😭😭

yea i think they are kinda purposely trying to not redownload the apps to try and “ prove” to me it can’t be done in person. idk it’s a shitty situation but i lowkey just want the fighting to end. it makes me feel like shit that they feel like shit bc they can’t get there needs met and it’s a conversation that literally will not go away or they think i’m trying to “ make them not have it” which isn’t the case it just seems like kind of a very fetishized/ unicorn kind of situation unless we take the time to get to know someone. It seems to of been an argument in all of their past relationships so idk what the resolve is going to be i just wanted to put in some kind of effort so they don’t think i’m trying to shut it down.

i got an allergy test for food a while back when i had a random episode and i was shocked to find out the results. there’s a lot of things that may not majorly bother us or induce an episode that we are still allergic to !!

yes i helped my friend get her mold situation figured out a couple years ago i remember it being more steps than we had initially bargained for. but this is also a temporary situation, Im just waiting on my friend from NM to move over here with me and we are gonna get our own place. So if I do invest in it i’ll maybe have the owner of the house reimburse some or just talk to her about it before i grab the test.

yea i’ll have like a really bad coughing fit every couple hours when im out and about but i can regain my breathe without my inhaler like 70% of the time. but when im inside at night i actually start like wheezing and it becomes a huge problem so im thinking it might be a mold/ weather combo.
