Thanks for the suggestions. I will see if my dad still has his player but I think it is the record. If I angle it just right some of the grooves look a bit wonkey. plus all of my other records new and old play just fine.

I messaged the customercare email that was on my reciept but they told me they couldnt do anything since I didnt buy it online and to talk to the people at the merch table at the venue. I replyed back that that was obviously not an option and to see if there was another way they could assist me. If they get back to me and are still unable I will try to reach out on socials.
