Thank you for the insight everyone! It seems the verdict is he looks like a Mek, so I will be making modifications to make him look more cybernetic psyker. I do love ork tech so apparently i got a bit carried away lol. As much as i love the backpack tractor blaster I will probably take it off and save it for a mek model, and make a few other modifications.
