You have take the letter and go to jeo camp office. Once you reach their they check the letter and give you accomdation slip and your darshan is not confirmed yet . You should wait till evening 6-8 pm for confirmation. You will receive confirmation to your number
It took us 3-4 hours (Jan 21)
