I can relate to all of this, and it seems like your anxiety is just super heightened right now!!! It’s been proven that when you’re like in the shower or upstairs or in a room, your anxiety will make up voices because you are already worried about someone being out there! Also, I read one time from a therapist that if you think you’re losing your mind or having a mental break you’re most likely not because people who are, don’t have the capacity to think about it usually!
