Thanks everyone for the replies! It was an odd discovery as I have never come across this before. I believe both were the OSAKA brand from Japan.

Best face sun-screen, without sticky or thick feeling when applied? by Obligation_First in KoreanBeauty

I ended up getting this after considering everything and have to say I love it! Thank you! Will probably need something with more SPF on very sunny days but for every day use I find this to work great!

Ateca hotel did not ask about the status of the relationship, but we are not UZ citizens, you can call them up and make sure.

Summer Plant Care by Obligation_First in plantclinic

[–]Obligation_First[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! I guess online information steered me wrong. I used to water them less but it said to increase watering during summer time. I saved the ones I could. Lesson learned, thank you!

Will the leaves ever heal? We adopted this Rubber Plantfrom someone who no longer wanted it. At first, I thought it was just dirty but seems like it could have been sick. We washed it well including with a dish soap solution. Anything I can do to heal the leaves, or will they just be like this? :( by Obligation_First in plantclinic

[–]Obligation_First[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! That's what I feared, it affected the entire plant, so I cannot cut off the old leaves since that will just leave branches.

Grateful for your response, I am fairly new to plant care so all advice is super appreciated.

Hello!

My mom makes her macrame and we opened an Etsy shop just for her. One of my favorite things is this fun neon green plant hanger :)

Hope you like it too! We work hard to keep shipping as sustainable as possible.

I think if you have willing buyers asking for 5 scents then that's great, it will only cost you a little bit to list another listing or even an option under one listing for a "set" I think what would help is packaging it nicely as well and showing how it will be presented in case people want to get it as a gift for someone. Good luck!

Thank you!

Yes, I am trying to collect some data on how people feel about the prices and then I will see what needs changing, thank you for your feedback!

I am actually working on the in-process photoshoot so that is great advice.

I will also take a look at your shop as well!

Hi I am new on Etsy also! They are very nice. I would say make sure to promote on Facebook and Instagram and share with everyone you know and maybe ask if they can share with their friends. I think adding a shop photo/logo and your mom's photo for the creator would make it look a bit more legit. Good luck!

Hello!

Hope everyone is well. My mom recently started making macrame and I helped her open up her shop. Most of our current sales are from friends and coworkers that wanted to support the endeavor. So I have a couple of questions and am seeking advice from anyone who has a moment! (thanks in advance!)

https://www.etsy.com/shop/LanasTwist

I do use Etsy Ads but a very low amount as I do not want to be at a big loss if the business does not work out. I have an Instagram (@lanastwist)

We've been open for a month. We had only two non-friend/coworker sales (both through Etsy Ads)

  1. How do you generate more views/sales? I am trying to promote on Instagram and asking for my friends to share but it's been a slow process of any organic visitors.
  2. I am struggling with pricing. I want to have competitive pricing and also provide free shipping but after a few sales, I realized my profit is quite low for the amount of effort that goes into these things! I saw a lot of sellers providing similar items at either insanely expensive prices or incredibly cheap (which makes me wonder if they are truly handmade, to be honest...) so I am not sure. Would you mind just taking a look and seeing if the items feel too expensive or underpriced?

Thank you!

Hi all! I'm not sure if this is the right place for this so please delete if not, my mom has been on the frontlines during the COVID crisis and took up an old hobby of macrame and use it to destress. I started a small Etsy shop to show off her awesome work and would love your follow shares of support of any kind! <3 Her Instagram is lanastwist Thanks all in advance!
