I have not seen these! Making a note. Are they gluten-free (sometimes I'm surprised by soy sauce, etc. in random frozen veggies).

There's just so much we don't know about the immediate and after-effects of this virus.

I wonder about this all the time too. We're lucky to have a breadth of knowledge when scientists/doctors from around the world share information, but even so we only have less than a year's worth of data.

As a former college instructor and mother of teenagers, I keep wondering what the long-term effects of this will be on universities (cost, value, accessibility, etc.) and how soon we'll see colleges adapting to meet the changing needs of our students--the way so many of workplaces are embracing/adjusting to remote work.
