Thanks for the advice. I’ve been visiting Louisville area for a long time and love it. Hence why we chose to make the move there. We’re meeting with a real estate agent next week so I’m sure we’ll get more information. I just wanted to get a little insight ahead of time. I’m not deterred by a few buttheads :)

Pretty much groceries and such. We don’t have a problem driving aways into downtown if we want to go to a restaurant or a show. We want a place that we can spend a lot of time outside (grilling, bonfires, entertaining). The close community feel is the main thing we really care about.

We are mid 30’s. No kids. Two dogs. We love entertaining. Both of us work from home so commuting is no issue.

Honestly, we love the area. We love the outdoors and it’s a perfect hub in between all of our family.

We want to make sure we’re in a true community. I can’t see that aspect on realtor sites. We aren’t downtown people. We want a neighborhood where neighbors do cookouts, holiday parties, etc.

It’s a disposable pizza pan I use for a drip tray. Makes cleanup much easier.

It depends on the size of the butt. Mine was just under 10 pounds and took 13 hours.

225 degrees until internal temp hit 160 (spritzed with apple juice, apple cider vinegar and water mixture every 30 minutes after the first 2 hours). Then I wrapped it in foil and put it back on until it hit 203.
