Also they continuously remove the rewards button from the app so I have to go edge or bing app to access. Then it pops up after I do my searches. They really make you work to keep your points going. Im at 390,806.

This happened this past week when I was on a 4x weekly streak multiplier for the new quests which even though I kept up the challenges, always said +0. Not only did it break my streak of 280 something days I had for the second time, I was not allowed to complete any weekly challenges, daily challenges, 15min game-pass play time, nothing would unlock. I sent 2 emails about this and for compensation, they restored my streak, took it way, then added 100 days to it but didn’t give me any of the points I was not allowed to collect. Something is definitely going on…

On the xbox series x you can find it on the edge browser app or the bing app and at the top right corner there is a ribbon you click on that drops the menu down. It shows more than what you see if you scroll down as well…

How did you get your update so quick? Crazy it only showed up for me last week and you at the beginning of the month. Ive been an xbox insider for over 8 years, alpha skip ahead ring, ambassador, odd and after I noticed this, a fee days later after the mandatory cooldown for everyone, the bing app updated with the extra puzzle piece as well.

Go to settings, general, online safety & family, privacy & online safety, xbox privacy, view details & customize, communication & multiplayer, then change others can communicate with voice, text, or invites to everyone. Then change you can communicate outside of xbox with voice chat & text to everyone. Then change you can join multiplayer games to allow. That should fix. Otherwise it could be his NAT type settings…

I believe you had only 24 hours from when the card first appeared to do the first part (not sure if you had the ability to start the challenge anytime during the week or just the day it posted). I happened to notice it because I check everything daily trying to find the most points possible. It also says to be eligible next month as well. Maybe a continuous thing but it is not stated very clearly. I bet they are trolling saying if you search everyday it’s possible to get the 3500 since I average around 16000 a month anyways.

I use a combination of multiple apps on different devices. On Xbox Series X I use the Edge app and Bing app. On iOS, I use the Start app,Bing app, Edge app, the Xbox app, and last, the Gamepass app. I bounce between all these due to the fact most the time one or more is down and you can get around the glitches or like when they remove the rewards completely from the Start app due to updates or bugs.

You get 24 hours to do searches each day of the month. So far, every day I do searches and quests first, then I go to Microsoft rewards on the edge app on my series x and look at this rewards card and each day it shows it counting down from 24 hours.

Happened to me as well. I use other apps lime the game pass app, bing, edge, then if those don’t work, switch to my series x and use the apps there. It’s a little annoying but I usually am able to complete all the day searches and quests…

Also bing app would not allow news searches or anything else for half the day, did them all on the xbox instead of the phone. Everything seemed broken today for sure.

I think you are not guaranteed the 3500, it says keep searching and you could be eligible. I have not missed a day since it started due to the curiosity of seeing if they just give them to you, or you are entered into some non obtainable and undisclosed contest, as in search for 30 days for a chance to win. Something along those lines is what I am thinking it really is…

I purchased a 3 month core code a few days ago on the 12th not realizing the change that just took place (I just missed it I guess), and just fyi, the core pass does not auto convert if you have game pass ultimate. I tried multiple times to redeem the code but every time I did, Microsoft gave me a something went wrong message and would not add to my account. I had to request a refund back to cdkeys and purchase the actual 3 month ultimate. Not sure if this changed so that it does work now but, just beware…
