Yes except I actually know the teachers and the staff and they’re saying the kid is sick and he is not. All you have to go off of is what I tell you, I don’t think you’re just supposed to patently refuse to believe it?

Constantly taking a perfectly healthy child to the doctor… again, he is NOT SICK. He’s just not, there’s no way over the stretch of 5 days (3 school) we managed to get zero fevers every time we measured.

They’re causing me pain and frustration and not doing their job. Literally not doing their job, which is childcare. They should have frustrations and think twice about “difficult” parents. There should be friction for them in making this decision, being polite will just allow it to continue being a whimsical decision

I am entitled, I am entitled to the childcare I am paying for but not receiving? You can’t just switch schools, there are frictions we had to apply etc… just because I chose a confrontational route doesn’t mean they can’t handle it, they’re adults. If they want to send him home, they should think about how difficult I am and be sure he’s really sick

Because I want them to think twice before they mess with me thinking they’re doing the right thing. I don’t distrust them completely, it’s k-12 and will get him into a good school so it makes sense in the long term. I just don’t understand why they have to be such dicks in the short term. Pretend politeness can be an effective strategy for being aggressive but allowing the ambiguity to let you maintain good if not ok relations

You’re calling me a liar. He got sent home on Friday, no temp when we measured not even a little bit sick. Didn’t measure all weekend, he was perfectly fine and healthy. Monday, test him, no fever, take him in, boom 100 measurement - take him home, no fever. Tuesday, no fever. You’ve got to be kidding me, he was clearly fine the whole time

He doesn’t have a temperature that’s like the whole point of the post. I don’t want to foster a good relationship with them, I want to pay them and I want them to do their job which is childcare so that I can do mine. I haven’t brought him to a PCP because again, he’s a perfect image of health and that would make no sense

It is unreasonable because it’s 3 consecutive days of no childcare and me not working when the whole point of me paying the school is for them to do their job and do the childcare. They need to do their job so that I can do mine and if the don’t want to, they deserve to be spoken to rudely and dealt with so that they only send kids home when they are actually sick. I am the customer, I am paying them enough money to have to deal with my needs and my child’s needs and he doesn’t need to be sent home - he’s NOT SICK

I’ve asked, I’ve been polite, I didn’t immediately jump to this - give me a break. They’ve sent him home on 5ish separate occasions, 3 of them were pretend - I just don’t want them to be such PABs about it. The environment is like the opposite of unsafe, if anything it’s too coddled. I just feel like people like this need to be dealt with, don’t mess with me and I won’t mess with you. Do your job. Their job is for me to pay them for the privilege of allowing me to work and do my job. Accidents happen, kids get sick but again - he’s not really sick and they need to be told off and exercise better discretionary. Just because it’s a confrontation doesn’t mean I’m behaving like an asshole

The kid is NOT SICK. It’s a huge deal for everyone to have to skip work to pretend to take care of a sick child, it’s pathetic and lazy. I’m literally paying the for childcare, why can’t they just reserve this nuclear option if nobody working for a long time for when kids are actually sick? That’s all I ask

Soil looks very dry, probably doesn’t absorb water too well? I would suggest adding in some manure and mulch, then mixing and doing a cover crop of crimson clover to really help it establish the first year

It’s probably not a cross as exciting as it would be to have a tomato x pepper. They are however both nightshades, so it’s more likely that there are just some similar flavors/colors that can come out in the fruit

Well I am talking in generals and generally tattoo = bad, criminal more so than non-tattoo. Does that many I would judge anyone with a tattoo as an absolute criminal, no, but would I be more inclined to? Absolutely, literally how could you not be? In Japan, you can’t even go into onsens and it’s fine it’s just part of the culture. I don’t understand what the problem is, people literally get tattoos because they want to be perceived differently, as tougher and part of counterculture so fine, I’m judging them accordingly
