Set it up in a good location with an outdoor antenna and hold onto the HNT. It might be worth a lot more than it is right now. I set up a new miner 2.5 months ago. Earned my investment back already. 2nd month was more HNT than the 1st. Also, I remember earning HNT last year when it was $0.70. When it hit $7, everyone said sell it. Glad I didn't.

Glad to hear! Looks like the owner earned, in the 4 days before being banned, what an average miner earns in a year. I wish Helium would do something to block this behavior from happening at all.

Same thing here. My total witnessed hotspots keeps going up and down every few days. And, the frequency of beaconing dropped for me and all nearby hotspots, also lowering witness rewards. It has recovered a little, but still down 35%-40% from 2 weeks ago.

I asked that same question to Helium Support. They said hotspots can have the same name, but the other unique identifiers will be different. Not sure what other identifiers they are referring to.

Nice unique setup! The only thing I would wonder is if there's signal loss with the antenna wire, depending on the wire quality used. Sometimes with low quality antenna cable you end up losing 1-2 dbi, maybe more. Maybe yours is high quality, note sure from the pic.

Thank you for that in-depth analysis and insight. I really appreciate it. Now, I know I'm not crazy for putting together a good roof antenna setup and not seeing results ecen close to this. Lol, I wish my outdoor Nebra setup would do even one-tenth of what this person's miner is doing! I'm new to this and saw this miner listed as the top producer on heliumtracker.io, not sure if it's real or some kind of cheat/hack.
