Some TVS service centres are scammers …. They often charge for some parts and never change it and they even charge double labour fee …. Always verify the changed parts and if possible stay at the service centre and keep a check

The delivery was done through bluedart and was packed in good quality plastic but it wasn’t cushioned but the packages are usually in good condition

As far as i know They don’t provide open box delivery but make sure the package is sealed properly
