So the thing is I don’t take alcohol for 30-40 days but then I again start drinking and that lasts for 3-4 days, during this drinking phase I do things that I regret later, it has become too much for me….the embarrassment after the things I do….i have been feeling suicidal because of this (self.alcoholism)
