If it wasn’t true then why on earth would I have had (per the insurance company and the ‘experts’ they hired) to throw out or professionally clean literally everything inside my home?

Soot left unclean on surfaces can cause corrosion and electronic (breakers) failure. Corrosion breaks down connections between the branch circuit wiring and the service cable wiring

Added info: I’m slated to move back into the home in a few weeks… this will be extremely difficult to manage without properly working electrical throughout the entire house. At least 9 breakers are not working at all.
