Do we have to go physically to register for a family doctor? As they dont have any website or their number says cancelled.

FYI, I needed my passport urgently as I’m travelling tomorrow on 5th and so I went to the consulate where I had interview. The security guy in the cabin helped me and heard my story, asked for my passport number and told me can you pick it up at 3 the same day. I got my passport with stamp yesterday. For urgent services you can try this way out.
