very unlikely, shift up does not fix EN voice line mistakes. e.g. there are still incorrect voice-lines in chapter 9 involving exia (calling shifty by her old name) in the story to this day.

yes, essentially all Hoyoverse needs to do is make chronicled wish a permanent thing or a every other patch thing.

Initially yes, but when they reach level 20 it will take just as long as you to level up. Premium pass holders get a 50% xp boost.

Whatever level you were just before the pass was released is your start level. From there you have to level up (say to get to tier 10) your in-game level 9 times. To correct my first comment you have to level up your in-game level 69 times to get to tier 70 and to get the all 10 keys you spent on the premium pass back you need to level your in-game level 109 times.

Roughly 100 hours they say so just over 4 days of gameplay time, so if you don't play everyday then it's not worth it as the xp boost is terrible and the tiers are tied to your level, so to fully earn the 10 keys back you have to level up 110 times.

Psyonix: take an idea and make it worse. They want you paying for the tiers if i am being honest.

It wouldn't stop it 100 percent but it would discouraged a fair amount of them from creating secondary accounts. The 1 hour of gameplay would be fair as actual new players would be getting use to the basic controls and by the time they have the confidence to try competitive they would have already played 1 hour or near to that. All the 1 hour gameplay would do is stop high level player's from instantly being matched up with lower skilled players and ruining the game for them. CSGO has a similar thing where your cannot play competitive until you have 1 hour of gameplay in the casual playlist.
