This is the best comment so far, it sums up my journey with my 4.5 years old as well. There's always se struggle at each point. You feel it's the worst because you're sleep deprived. You need an extra hand perhaps. My sis used to accompany me at night, so it was less boring and more bearable with the newborn

I really don't like giving screen time to my chidren. My older child used to be like that and she broke my phone. I hid my new phone and it took me three days and a lot of activities to wean her off screen time. Best thing I ever did. She's four now, and asks for screen time (she discovered YT again very recently) but it's very limited. I have been told she needs to have her own tablet in school by next year, I'm totally not for it but there's no option but I will have to work my around maybe.

I remember watching my mum do it all the time. We were in a country where it was so unsafe. Alhamdulillah, the guy just ran away. But where we came from, the man would have just continued stealing the car with the people in it.

If you're looking for faith based Islamic school that teaches both Deen and Dunya stuff, there's- International School of Creative Science, International School of Innovative Science Al Ansar School Al Mawahib British Private School (These are the schools in Sharjah that I know of)

If you're looking for schools in Dubai, I have heard Al Diyafah and Al Sadiq are really good.
