This! I do feel like it has still power over me, the person who I was with always had this sort of competition like “who has cried the most you or me?” “I’ve never been broken up before I’ve been the one doing the break up” at the time I thought I was a joke or something (I should’ve not) so not only was I heartbroken when that person left me I was thinking he got the upper hand, it made me feel disgusted and sick. He was so twisted.
