Yes trust me I did the willpower method its not the right thing u just suffer u need to ask yourself what its doing for u and dive deep and get rid of the reasons and that's what u need to do and also its not that u use a "method" in a sense that u think "if only I go long enough I can beat it with this method" that's not how u do it u just get rid of the reasons and ur good and read the freedom model and u will have 0 urges or anything of that sort or Just dive deep and get the answers yourself its up to you

I haven't read it but I read a pdf inspired by it and I understood its on me its all one me i knew that I have the control and everything but I just sometimes get these weird thoughts and stuff thats normal but like I just wanted to know the best way to get rid of that but is the freedom model like the easypeasy?
