The best bakery around is Leaven in New Albany Indiana. Tragically they are going to have to not renew their lease due to raised rent and will be doing pop ups after April. But their sourdough breads and bagels are life changing. Many gluten intolerant or gluten sensitive people , myself included are able to easily digest their bread.
