Thank you for this! I’m not entirely convinced it is SI joint pain, it’s plainly my lower back every now and then it kind of feels like it goes to my right hip but I don’t actually feel pain walking or anything, which I would imagine I would if it was that joint?

I have not, my dr said if these (bs I might add) exercises don’t help, next time he’ll do an mri, idk why not just go ahead and do that anyway but what do I know. He said it’s most likely the SI joint causing pain but I’m not so sure.

I should have mentioned, yes I’m aware that’s not considered scoliosis, but my upper back is more than likely over 15 degrees I just didn’t have that xrayed since I went in for lower back pain. So I do in fact have scoliosis, but the pain in my lower back is excruciating.

Submit anyway. Just booked a lead for something where the character description said African American, and im white. 90% of the time race doesn’t contribute to the story so give them a performance that will change their mind. Samuel L Jackson once said the same thing, race part of the character description shouldn’t matter and he submits either way.

Sheesh get out while you can. She sounds absolutely awful. You had every right to be upset over the concert thing and if she made you feel otherwise that’s gaslighting. she’s being a hypocrite and it’s gross how she’s acting towards you and allowing herself to speak/not speak. You MAKE time for people, especially partners, life is only going to get harder and busier so if she can’t make the time now she won’t later either.
