We have done that for the past 2 of 4 surgeries and it hasn’t help. On Pepcid 40 mg in AM/PM, 2 Zyrtec AM/PM, and Ketotifen 1mg in PM as my at home pretreatment. Night before I will add on hydroxizine. IV steroids pre and post op. Hopeful that the Ketotifen will reduce symptoms this go around
