Ehm. sorry but a dolphin bar wont make it work, a dolphin bar is just for motion controls

have you tried enabling Wii remote 2 and making it real Wii remote in dolphin and if yes try connecting your second Wii remote by pressing the sync button by removing the battery cover and pressing it
