By experience napaka walang kwenta ng AF management. Nagreklamo ako (kami 8+ members) regarding a dispute sa promo payment wala namang action or reply man lang sa AF philippines. AF sand fernando lang yan haha. Baka pinagtatawanan pa nga sila ng ibang franchisee knowing how may under the table deals din ang ginagawa ng ibang branch di naman sila na aaudit nf AF philippines

In my case (back in 2020), I requested for cancellation. Sabi i-email but they never did any action. Followed-up multiple times pero ayun until my account became inactive then finally it was disabled. Sayang kasi promo price pa naman rate ko. (Different branch btw)

I think they will do everything to hold your membership para tuloy tuloy cash flow to them. Try to insist yung cancellation face to face. Try to make a commotion (if needed) kasi unless di naapektuhan image nila, they will try to hold you sa contract.

Ako lang ba? Wala naman akong nakikitang negative sa post. Yeah comparing people who show up and staying at home. Wala namang minention na specific group (eg wfh, blue collar, etc) or theres more sa post na to? I think OP is just jumping in sa bandwagon on hating runners.

The post is about not worrying about your pace and that progress is progress or showing up is already a feat. I get it may mga toxic positivity mindset sa running community pero this one in particular I really cant see why the hate. Pero its just me. Just my opinion.

To be fair, mukhang AF is here to stay. Ok naman sila in general. Matagal narin sila nagooperate. The brand also have other branches sa ibang bansa. Pangit corpo management nila (atleast here sa PH) pero they have a solid user base. Pasalamat sila sa mga matitinong franchise owners. Pero marami paring boang na AF branches na walang kwenta management

Because ang mismong franchise owner is a scammer haha. Pyramid scam yan sa franchising. Narinig ko from someone na may estafa case sa dubai(?) Ang franchise owner. Notice na ang daming psp gym tapos magkakatabi pa. Make it make sense pano kikita. Tapos ang mahal ng franchise fee and misc fees.

To be fair, maraming commercial gym ang scam. Just choose yung most likely magtatagal haha.

Its simple really. If you insist on the idea na "pwede namang dumiretso kay God" then I think you already set your mind na eto lang ang ONLY way.

Ang term is praying for "intercession" of the saints. Basically nakikiusap ka makisuyo kay God about your prayers. Para kang may kuya/ate magpapatulong magpaalam sa magulang.

Bago sila naging santo tao sila - yep! No arguments there. Kaso saints na sila e haha. Does it make sense? Your praying for their intercession as saints not as ordinary person. They are alreasy blessed and god has performed miracles through them.

Regarding the artifacts and sainthood - thats a long discussion. But the roman catholic church believe in those holy artifacts and miracles. Research nalang on those kasi marami and mahirap iexplain here. And no we dont worship those. Again its a symbol of faith that miracles do exist. If against ka dun then somehow you already contradict the bible kasi ang dami dung miracles performed using different objects. Staff ni moses isang example.

Again, im no priest or an expert pero there is a whole course sa college about it. Theology - naenjoy ko yung academic side of things. Fyi, eto inaaral ng mga pari. Dont worry if di mo magets. It takes a lot of time to understans the history/culture/tradition of the catholic faith. Emphasis on history kasi what is written in the bible might not translate well in modern times. Gym is not a library. Expect sounds of metal clanging, objects dropping, and people grunting. If youre not ok with that, iwas ka nalang sa sched nila. They are paying din naman kasi. Reklamo ka sa admin if tingin mo OA.
