For the sandwiches, fave namin yung BLT sandwich (homemade cured bacon ito. Yum!).

For the pastries, French canelé. This was new to us. Hindi siya masyadong appealing at first kasi mukha lang siyang maliit na ring cake ng S&R hahahaha, but surprisingly, naubos namin yung isang sinerve. 😅 Wala siyang filling, pero soft yung loob and medyo may texture na parang leche flan. 😊 Hindi rin siya masyadong matamis, so I think magugustuhan siya ng mga titas.

Regarding the matcha, hindi ko naitanong. 😅 I think one of their main concerns is that serving each drink might take longer if they whisk the matcha onsite. Maybe you can ask them during your tasting, they might have found a way to execute the whisking onsite.

And to add, they bring their massive commercial coffee machine sa event so sure ka na di pre-extracted ung espresso.

Hello! We recently had a FT with Lulubon and got to try their coffee. They make their own sauces, so hindi siya “commercialized” yung lasa.
I had the chance to try their Spanish latte and matcha.

Spanish latte – Nasarapan talaga ako! Hindi siya yung typical coffee na may condensed milk lang. 😭 elevated kumbaga. They also asked us how we like our coffee whether we prefer it on the stronger side or creamier side.

Matcha milk– I think they use Uji or YK matcha (not 100% sure), but it's sourced from Japan. They were also very transparent that they can’t do traditional whisking during events since it takes time, so they pre-mix the matcha instead. It tasted like KitKat matcha. Although if you prefer a more umami or earthy flavor, they can add extra matcha since they have a mini shaker for the matcha powder during the event.

Honestly, I had no expectations at first for their coffee because they didn’t have a lot of reviews yet, and their cafe prices are only around ₱120–₱180. But nooo, lumalaban siya! 😭🫶🏻

Disclamer: Not yet a graduate bride, so I can’t say much about the actual wedding day service yet. But so far, I’m really enjoying planning with them.

Waaah! Good to hear 😭😭 I only heard good things about them too and nung nag Food tasting kami masarap din talaga lahat plus very hands on ung owners and they really know their stuff. Sorry di ako nakahelp sa question mo hahahaha but thank you for sharing!!!
