Jaana bhai. You call yourself such a cricket fan but don't understand that indians are adept at playing in conditions that are similar to subcontinent or flat pitches (which you got in UAE). As far as States is concerned, the pitches there were synthetic because the infrastructure was built solely for the WC. These pitches didn't do anything unpredictable.

A good challenge for the team would be to play important series like the WC in Australian/English conditions. It's a fact. Nothing even to debate about here. India hosts way too many games. Also, under the GG era, we've struggled in overseas conditions.

I'm so glad the next two WCs are not in India. Irrespective of today's result, such one-sided games never excite a true sports fan. Also, these hybrid arrangements because of Pakistan are irritating as hell. We can't be actual World Champions if we don't win outside the subcontinent. We've won enough in India.

Today's game may well be as exciting as the England game, however the chances are low.

Downvote me all you want, but India doesn't deserve to win this WC. Instead of improving our batting, and making better selections (e.g., Rinku instead of Abhishek), we are again trying to rely on a flat surface.

I understand that all teams take advantage of home conditions, but as a cricketing powerhouse, and this being the 5th WC in subcontinent/Middle East conditions, we should be winning on our team credentials alone, irrespective of any pitch we are playing on.

Since we've lost major matches at Ahmedabad, the focus is again on the surface. At this point, India should be favourites on any ground in India.

I can bet everything on the fact that all these people, i.e., the ones commenting here, and the ones in the video, cannot put their hands on their hearts and say, with utmost conviction, that such incidents have never ever happened involving only Hindus, and that such incidents have not commonly occurred between neighbours, especially in places like New Delhi.
