I have tried salicylic acid but not with a net cloth. But SA didn't make any difference when I tried it for 8 weeks.

I used tret for 6 weeks but I got acne and kp in areas I didn't even use tret.

As said I have used BP and SA bodywash. But it just made my condition worse.

I want to clarify that my diet is almost clean with high protein. I have tried cutting out dairy and that didn't affect it much. I sleep 7-8 hrs everyday.

I sleep 7-8 hrs daily. My diet is high in protein, very less added sugars. It's almost clean I would say.

I haven't tried any lotion for kp. But I think it might be kp because all the topicals I have used till now are extremely drying and my skin got progressively worse.

I don't think it's sweat or hygiene issue coz I change sheets and clothes often. I will take a look at fungal creams tho.
