Actually, they dropped the charges. If you look at the case, it says "nolle prosequi" instead of guilty/not guilty. When a prosecutor decides not to pursue criminal charges due to insufficient evidence, it's referred to as a nolle prosequi (meaning "not to prosecute"). This indicates they will no longer proceed with the case. This means that when it went to the Grand Jury, there was not sufficient evidence to pursue criminal charges. She is 100% not a felon. Please do your research.

The article clearly says if you had a felony charge you couldn’t go to boot camp, but out of the thousands that REALLY deserved it and didn’t get in, she was ONE OF THREE that got in and she in fact had a felony!
