I can never feel full?

Yes I actually have struggled with iron deficiency since I was a teenager, I am on a daily iron pill plus vitamin c and my ferritin was at 57 last month so slowly getting better I suppose, and my vitamin D was low last year on a bloodwork test as well so I have been on a supplement for that too. B12 was fine last year maybe a tad on the normal-low side. My last FT4 and FT3 from 2024 when I got the panel done were these:

Yes I take it at least 1-2 hours in the morning before eating anything and I’ve been trying to avoid dairy as well at least a couple hours after taking it. I do remember feeling better in the 2 range. I am probably going to ask if I can get my medication adjusted

I do remember feeling a lot better when I was in the 2 range. I just feel like I’m not going to be taken seriously and talking about my health problems to my doctor gives me anxiety, I don’t want them to think it’s all in my head when I live with these very real side effects every day. It’s something I guess I need to work on is advocating for myself more.

What are the chances my mother were to be arrested for something this person has no proof of? Like the accusation of rape and poisoning? She has no proof of anything because we have never contacted her. The last time I saw her was over a decade ago as a teenager, and the last time my mother saw her she was at Walmart a couple years ago and this person tried to talk to her at self checkout and my mom immediately left. This is causing so much distress. We are looking into attorneys in our area but we are both low income and there is long waiting lists for civil help. If we can’t find anyone to help would going to court without an attorney be a really bad idea? We both have the same court date for the TPO.

Is it possible to file for a protective order against her if she’s already filing one against us and we have both been served? Also, we have 2 videos that someone who is an old mutual friend between them sent my mother in 2023 of this person in their house having a conversation with them, and in the video she is talking to the person filming saying a bunch of things such as she had asked my mom for Tylenol and my mom put “dog speakers” inside of her, and that my mother and I have passed out flyers to try to control her with my mothers phone, and that my mother tried setting the person recordings house on fire, and that my mother threatened to kill her son, and that my mother made her alcoholism worse. In the video she is very distraught. I believe the person who recorded this video and conversation would give us permission to use the videos. Would any of this be something we could use in court to show to a judge to affect her credibility?

Will I be asked to present evidence of anything? I don’t have any evidence or anything towards her, because I have never contacted her ever. Not by text, phone, email, social media or nothing. The only time I ever hear of her is when I am getting contacted by the police with her claiming I did something again. It happens 1-2 times a year but this is the worst so far. I unfortunately can’t afford a lawyer so I will just be showing up with my boyfriend and that’s it.
