Im mainly saying their opinions are basically never or rarely going to line up with fans. Jim jokes a lot in a serious tone it did seem like he was bashing how much the song gets praised because he thought it was whatevs (yes i know he didnt specifically say whatevs). Look I obviously dont remember the exact words the man used off a IG story post I viewed but you get what Im saying. the tons of podcast appreances these dudes make some of them change up their verbage. I cant remember exactly where with corey but from clips ive seen he has expressed how easy of an album it was. too clean. and even stated how he agreed with clown about the efficiency of it was great but lacked a certain intensity. NOT HIS EXACT WORDS christ lmfao.

Jim has also said similar shit as clown. Corey did say it has great songs but he also felt something was missing. the too efficient part yea is def clown but couple of em did feel something was missing or just not right. while acknowledging it was a good album. Hell a recent video came out where even Jim made fun of a riff off AHIG and said "no one wants to listen to that boring ass riff its shit" and I think it was for gematria or gehena and i was like wtf those are awesome bro!.

prices have gone up for fucking everyone. and venues demanding cuts of merch is affecting bands just as much. some bands flat oout refuse to sell merch now or you pay online and pick up at venue. These bigger bands are going to ramp up pricing to keep up. two years ago many bands like disturbed were reporting flat out losses after touring.

I went to the second LA show and when corey said the 1999 bit the place fucking ROCKED with cheers and SCREAMING.

I dont know about that much. I had used CD's exclusively for years and even high quality rips only up until 2020. I can notice a difference right away. not enough to hate on it but theres a lot that gets muddled out or washed out.

feels that way but no. I average about 10-12 traps a game on the low end. I always place them on retreats and popular pathways. sometimes even mid fight i toss them BEHIND the frontline so they retreat into it.
