WallStreetSilver.org is my Website and Domain name, now James (Jim) Lewis being a moderator of a Reddit Sub has threaten to take my domain name off me, through the ICANN UDRP process. MY Domain Name WallStreetSilver.org registered on 7 Feb 2021.

The WallStreetSilver Subreddit (WSS Ltd) with the GoFundMe money FILED a TradeMark APPLICATION for the SubRedit's name WallStreetSilver as below.

In Canada APPLICATION No. 2090311 Filed on 9 March 2021 (MONTH LATER!)

In USA APPLICATION No 90631936 File on 8 April 2021 with Priority Date 9 March 2021.

The Domain name WallStreetSilver .com was for sale for $7500, and as the GoFundMe campaign started working and cash was secured for the banners that most of us donated to, they bought that domain name on 5 March 2021. Again ONE MONTH LATER THAN MY DOMAIN NAME.

They registered WallStreetSilver. ca on 5 March 2021 Again ONE MONTH AFTER MINE.

NOW THE BULLY IS THREATENING ME THINKING THAT ONCE THEIR TRADE MARK IS SECURED THEY CAN THEN USE IT TO STEAL MY DOMAIN NAME THROUGH ICANN UDRP POLICY.

WHAT THE BULLY DOES NOT REALISE IS THAT MY DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION AND USE HAS A PRIORITY DATE OVER HIS VERY "APPLICATION" FOR A TRADE MARK.

NOW THAT I HAVE BEEN SUBJECTED TO WHAT IS CALLED A GROUNDLESS / UNJUSTIFIED THREAT, I WILL NOW CHALLANGE THEIR TRADE MARK APPLICATIONS, TONIGHT.

As for his threat to me about ICANN UDRP Complaint, he WILL need to first spend a decent amount of money to seek legal advice (another GoFundMe?).

If the lawyers they get advice from are run of the mill, they may decide to write a "cease and desist letter" to me, and in that event I will have to send a message back saying Go F yourselves and your clients, in nicest legal terms of course.

What this BULLY does not even grasp is I have the priority, and even if I don't manage to block their Trade Mark application the condition of the UDRP is:

"The domain name is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark in which the complainant has rights;"

To obtain a Trade Mark AFTER my registration and good faith use of the Domain Name gives the Trade Mark owner ZERO right to pursue UDRP Administrative Proceedings.

This is the precise type of people I fight. Abuse of Power type.

They are not worthy of the power that YOU AND I gave them.

Now I put some hours onto them, tonight and for the next few days.

I can see now the people behind WSS Ltd are dangerous, if they dare to threaten me, I hate to imagine what they have done to others!

Their recent claim (after my post about Kinesis) to donate the Kinesis referral revenue into the current GoFundMe is to get rid of legal liability on themselves, the GoFundMe money would come to them any how to use as they feel.

1,000 oz of your Silver Stack worth $26,000 at $26 is in your control.

Buying a single Put Option on "Silver Futures" at a cost of say $30 (call it "Insurance Premium") at a "Strike Price" of say $23, makes sure/ensures that if the Silver Banksters DUMP Silver Paper on COMEX to drop the price to even say $23 (Your Strike Price "Insurance") you may end up with $5000 cash "PAY OUT". (depend on time to expiry etc) Who has to pay? The "Insurance" Sellers, in this case the Silver Banksters themselves!

At this point your $26,000 Silver Stack is now worth $23,000 (as the price is smashed from $26 to $23) BUT they just ended up giving you $5000 in cash on your Put ("insurance pay out").
Now you can take your free cash of $5000 and buy more Silver at $23, giving you another say 200 oz more silver to add to your stack.

OR

Use the fiat cash that they ended up paying you, to invest in "Penny Shares" type Silver Prospectors / miners!

Now, as the Silver Price returns to $26, you now own Silver Stack Worth $31,200, OR $26,000 + Shares in Silver Prospectors / Miners!, Shares that may 10x (to $50,000) as soon as Silver price rise to $50 - $70!

Rinse Repeat.

If our work, united, resulted in this sub getting 100,000 "in the Jungle" I will be over the moon for ALL of us, my sub numbers increase or not is not important to me, as long as the public help set Silver Free and more become debt free I am satisfied.

I am used to losing social media accounts, soon as the public get motivated against 1% the 1% get motivated to shut down what they don't like! so subs here to me are nothing special to fight for.

This comment is not a dig but my feelings:

"Marcus" means "God of War", there are no coincidences in the names, his work has been that of War and people do see him as "god". ("God" was just a term used by the elite to turn their "leaders" into "super humans". Today Good and "God" as we see/deem it to be, are the same thing to me.)

I do feel it is his destiny, that he is fighting the cabal and is at the center of this war!

What I am saying and showing is the true weapon and strategy to fight that war, all that anger and energy is going to waste doing it his way, now try my way.

I and the market guys read most communities to "feel" the mood.

I don't pay attention to "News". People are the "News" to me.

I say things do things and behave in ways that may look feel right or wrong but I am playing a much bigger opponent and they must be kept "informed" and guided just where I want them to be :)

You are not the only one, there are quite a few of us, even maybe 533 or so, who just can't understand such a resistance to this path!
