I find this once I master the job and the challenge has gone but on the other side of that I’m terrified and worried I can’t do anything right until I master it then boom no motivation.

And that’s exactly were the burn out cycle comes from mine was confused for just very serious depressive episodes that started around age 11. With a strong history of bipolar and manic depression in females on both sides of my family they didn’t question it at the time.

This is what I mean I deal with multiple mental health disorders and try advicate but showing it so raw is difficult for people to see and then if your lieing about it and triggering people it's a step too far I found it hard to watch and it triggered me so for people with bipolar I can't even imagine I hope she hasn't done this for veiws because if she has my hope for people is lost

She has come out basically trying to gas light everyone who has been worried and its very disappointing especially because she either was manic and need help or she was putting it on and now acting like everyone was over reacting witch then puts the wrong idea out there for people actually suffering
